This morning we were back in Exeter showing a listing we have up that and after the showing you know we had to stop back by and see what the igloo looked like finished.
It was all finished and ready to welcome a new occupant. We made out way out onto the ice to take a closer look (don’t worry, this ice looks to be about 2 feet thick).
Here’s the finished Exeter NH igloo in all it’s frozen glory. It looks to be about 8-9 feet tall at the peak and the pointy thing sticking up is an icicle. Not sure if it’s meant to represent a TV antenna, lightning rod or what. The guys that built this thing were a pretty whimsical bunch so it could mean something or nothing.
It’s amazingly spacious inside. We’re going to be following up with the builders to see if they want to sell; this could be a great listing opportunity. Of course the new occupants will have to move in fast and hurry to enjoy their new home because it’s going to be going away in about a month or two when the weather warms up.
Update: we got the listing on the igloo but it’s a very limited time offer in more ways than one. The first warm spell we get I’m afraid this listing is going to be returning to its former liquid state.
